To meet the evolving needs of our guests, Easton has partnered with ParkMobile to offer guests an easy, fast, and flexible way to manage their parking when choosing to utilize Easton’s Preferred Park program. This program offers a streamlined mobile payment option while also making it easier for guests to find convenient parking during peak hours.
The Easton Preferred Park program includes on-street parking, select parking lots and Level 1 of the Fenlon and Worth garages.
Guests have multiple ways to pay for parking:
- By downloading the ParkMobile app through the Apple app store or through Google Play.
- By visiting the ParkMobile website at parkmobile.io.
- By texting “PARK” to 77223.
- By visiting any of the 11 pay stations located throughout the property.

Easton offers 24 EV ports across 5 locations.
Easton offers electric vehicle (EV) parking on the second level of the East Parking Garage, ground floor of the West Garage, Fenlon Parking Garage, Worth Parking Garage, and at Easton Gateway. The East Parking Garage includes a Level 3, DC fast charge station. Fenlon Garage charging stations include three two-stall Level 2 stations and two Level 3, DC fast charge stations. The Worth Garage charging stations include 4 two-stall Level 2 stations. The Easton Gateway charging stations in the parking lot between The Container Store and REI include a two-stall Level 2 electrical charging and three Level 3 DC Fast Charge stations. Additionally, Tesla and Whole Foods have their own charging stations in their lots.
EV Charging Stations cost $.40/KWh for the Level 3 DC fast chargers and $.25/KWh for the Level 2 chargers. Easton Preferred Parking fees are incorporated to applicable EV charging station rates for ease of customer use.
Easton parking has designated motorcycle parking spaces located inside the West Garage on the ground level and inside the East Garage on level one just outside the entrance to the Easton Station Building.

Vehicles parked over 24 hours will be towed.
Only authorized persons may park on this property. Only persons patronizing this establishment, tenants, and guests of tenants may park on these premises. All rules are subject to the terms of the property owner or manager. Towing is enforced 24 hours per day. Failure to recover a towed vehicle may result in loss of the title to the vehicle and the loss of ownership of the vehicle, as provided in division (b) of section 4505.101 of the Ohio Revised Code. Vehicles may be recovered at any time upon proof of ownership and payment. Vehicles hooked but not towed are subject to half towing fee. Large vehicles towed at higher rates.
