Caché - Sales Associate (Part-Time)

General Summary:
Sales associates are the back bone of the business. They are responsible for taking care of customers from the moment they walk into the store through the moment they leave, and even after continued follow up. At Cache, we believe in providing a "best in mall" experience for each and every customer and the sales assocaite is the leader in the initiative. 

Responsibilities:

•  Achieve all personal sales goals.
• Fulfilling company expectations regarding key indicators: UPT, ADS, and SPH.
• Provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Build an ever-increasing customer base.
• Help maintain a neat & orderly store enviornment.
• Follow all store operating procedures to reduce shrink and maintain operating guideline.
• Maintain open communication with entire sales and management team.

Qualifications :retail sales experience, preferably in a commission environment.
