Hilton Columbus - Cook II (Full Time)

POSITION PURPOSE:
To prepare for and execute the making of guest meals utilizing approved recipes according to the Hilton Columbus standards. To maintain the cleanliness and sanitization of the hot side of the main line. Should have basic knowledge in grilling, sautéing, broiling, frying, and steaming various food items as required.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Any combination of education, experience, or training to acquire the required knowledge and skills.
Culinary training preferred.
One year line cook experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a hotel setting, or 2 years pantry cook experience.
Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
